To help ___ and ___ get started, I have offered the use of my residence at =address= for a period of ___ months. During their stay here, ___ and ___ will have the exclusive use of a bedroom (and bathroom/kitchen/lounge/etc), and a photograph of this accommodation is attached. I have also attached my deed to the property (tenancy agreement/lease/mortgage/etc) showing that these accommodations are at my disposal and that I am entitled to make them available.
