Who we are Transpondia Immigration FAQ © is a non-profit (and non-trading) undertaking operating under a management scheme which is unfunded and staffed entirely by volunteer commitment.

Transpondia Immigration FAQ © provides general information and brochures on the immigration and asylum systems in the UK, and acts as a public archiving service for immigration-related news and other media content.

Transpondia Immigration FAQ © does not provide immigration advice or services to individuals given in connection to a relevant immigration matter; and we do not take up case work that addresses an individual's particular circumstances as they pertain to matters of UK immigration law. We direct individuals in need of help to an adviser or solicitor. From time to time, Transpondia Immigration FAQ © provides grants in aid to assist vulnerable immigrants or to promote worthy causes on their behalf.

This site has been in continuous operation since 1998.

Transpondia Immigration FAQ © is compliant with the Immigration and Asylum Act of 1999 and provides Level 0 advice as defined by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). As per this Act, organizations providing level 0 advice are not regulated, therefore Transpondia does not require registration.  For this reason, we do not provide advice to specific individuals, and we do not engage in contact with individuals in need of immigration advice.
